I am an experienced, qualified and approachable therapist with real life experience.
I offer a non judgmental, safe space of support and empathy. Dedicated to supporting you as together we explore issues that may be causing you distress. It often helps to talk it through with someone in a confidential space.

Many clients like to check in with me regularly after they have explored their original presenting issue, as a 'top up' to their weekly sessions or to explore new challenges.

I work in a Person Centred way, This means we explore what you feel you need to. We work at your pace. I change the environment and session to suit you as much as possible.We will build a trusting relationship that allows exploring of the causes of anxiety and how to cope with this challenge.
Depression
I work with you at your pace to help you reflect on causes, issues and challenges as you choose. We work at your pace. I personalise your sessions to suit you, so we work in a way that you find helpful.. Helping you uncover the causes and how to move forward in the best way for you.
Relationships
Many people find relationships whether family, colleagues, professional or friends a challenge.

Unexpected or planned changes in families or groups can causes us to reflect on our needs an relationship goals. This is something many people find useful to bring to counselling in a safe and confidential space.

Trauma
I work alongside to discover and acknowledge the depth of the trauma, not necessarily revisiting it.
